A “Solstice” is the halfway point between two events — typically the two moments in a year when the Sun’s path is farthest north or south from the Earth’s equator, occurring December 21–22 and June 21–22.
I like to view it as an optimal time to evaluate my past 6 months and dream/plan my coming 6 months.
It is a magical time to set our minds and plant the seeds of our dreams for the life we want to grow and harvest.
